• The pet parent is solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted (including pet name, contact numbers, address, medical information, and any other details) is accurate and up to date.
• Any errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.

2. Consent to Use Personal Information

• By submitting personal information, you authorize us to print the details exactly as provided on the pet name tag and, where applicable, encode the same information into the QR code.
• You confirm that you have the authority to provide the information submitted.

3. Privacy

• We respect your privacy and will use your personal information only for the purpose of creating, managing, and supporting your personalized pet name tag and associated services.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
• Information may be shared only where required by law or with trusted service providers involved in fulfilling your order.

4. QR Code Information

• If your tag includes a QR code, the information accessible through the QR code will be limited to the details you choose to provide.
• You acknowledge that anyone who scans the QR code may be able to access the information associated with it.

5. Customer Responsibility

• It is the pet parent's responsibility to review and approve all information before confirming the order.
• We are not responsible for any consequences arising from outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information.

6. Changes and Updates

• If your contact information changes after your order is completed, you are responsible for updating the information where applicable or purchasing a replacement tag if required.

7. Lost or Damaged Tags

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged pet tags after delivery.
• Replacement tags may be purchased separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

• While our pet tags are designed to help identify lost pets, we cannot guarantee the safe return or recovery of any pet.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damages, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the pet tag or QR code service.

9. Order Approval

• Once an order has been approved for production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
